為使公司全體員工了解消防基礎(chǔ)知識，提高安全防范意識，增強自我保護能力，掌握對突發(fā)火災(zāi)的應(yīng)變、逃生技能，學(xué)會滅火以及有序地進行人員、財物的疏散處理，確保員工生命安全及財產(chǎn)安全， 2019 年 5月 10日，公司組織了消防知識培訓(xùn)及演練活動。演練緊張、有序進行，并取得圓滿成功。通過此次消防演練，不僅增強了全體員工，同時還掌握了一般滅火器材的操作使用步驟及方法，進一步提高了全體員工應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的能力。

       一、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視，演練活動組織到位這次消防演練活動，安排周密，從演練策劃、前期準備、組織實施到正式演練所經(jīng)歷的各個階段，公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都給予了很大的關(guān)心、支持和幫助。公司安全生產(chǎn)的******責(zé)任人和演練領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組組長，對這次演練工作高度重視，認真審定演練方案，確定演練目的、原則和規(guī)模，還親自對演練工作進行部署，親臨演練現(xiàn)場進行指揮，下達演練命令，觀察演練倩況，對演練工作實施全面控制。 

       二、籌劃繽密，演練方案安全可行根據(jù)安全環(huán)保要求，從我公司安全工作的實際情況出發(fā)，確定本次消防演練的主要任務(wù)是開展一次火災(zāi)事故的應(yīng)急演練。其主要目的是使每位參與者能學(xué)會滅火器的正確使用方法，掌握火場逃生基本方法，提高自我安全意識，化解風(fēng)險。經(jīng)過認真研究，擬定了“公司消防演練方案”。為了使得演練方案安全可行，在方案中就演練的時間、地點、內(nèi)容、對象都作了具體的說明。

       三、積極參與，演練效果呈現(xiàn)良好，公司組織全體員工學(xué)習(xí)消防安全的必備知識，包括消防的重要性和必要性、安全標(biāo)志牌的含義、滅火器的分類、適用范圍等，起到良好的效果。隨后，公司安全負責(zé)人對滅火器的使用方法進行了具體的講解和演示。而后參與演練的人員一一親自體會了如何正確的使用滅火器。消防演練緊張有序，安全保證工作到位，演練達到預(yù)期效果，最終獲得了圓滿成功。

       四、通過演練，活動達到預(yù)期目的通過消防演練，員工的防范意識和應(yīng)急自救的能力得到加強。 1、參與人員，特別是對全體員工的消防安全意識有所增強，對消防安全常識有了進一步的了解。 2 、對抗擊突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)變能力有所提高，現(xiàn)場演練人員能有效組織、迅速地對火災(zāi)事故警報做出相應(yīng)反映，對今后應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件很有益處。 3 、演練前組織的消防基本知識培訓(xùn)，使全體員工的消防安全知識、突發(fā)應(yīng)急能力、事故發(fā)生后逃生技巧得到了提升。 4 、演練過程中，參與人員都能遵守紀律，“一切行動聽指揮”，團隊凝聚力得到了升華。 5 、安全工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的組織能力、指揮能力、應(yīng)變能力也受到了鍛煉。 6 、通過這次的消防演練，進一步增強了廣大員工的防范意識和自救的能力，了解和掌握如何識別危險、如何采取必要的應(yīng)急措施等基本操作，以便在事故中達到快速、有序、及時、有效的效果。我們將經(jīng)常性地開展訓(xùn)練或演練工作，以提高我們公司員工的應(yīng)急救援技能和應(yīng)急反應(yīng)綜合素質(zhì)，有效降低事故危害，減少事故損失，確保公司安全、健康、有序的發(fā)展。
